As a gracious and frequent jumpseater on various passenger carriers, I get asked this stuff all the time. The information changes quickly but all the carriers listed below are welcome to ride on FedEx via the CASS system. In fact, now that fedex "personal" jumpseats for non CASS employees has ended, I would say that the seats have really opened up.
As he said up above, just give jumpseat admin a call with any questions!

Jumpseat - Approved CASS Reciprocal Jumpseat Airlines

The following is a list of approved airlines with whom we have reciprocal CASS jumpseat agreements. They are both passport and picture capable. The TSA has mandated that both will be required in late 2006, however, FedEx requires both of these data capabilities now.

Yes, JS is not allowed at FEDEX from what I was told this week. I think flight crews are exempt though...
