Do you need a passport to go to Guam? If you do, then it's comparing apples to oranges. You DO NOT need one to get into PR. And even if you don't need one for Guam, then you're way off base anyway. I work for a 135 operator that has recently implements CASS (photo included). Any recommendationd for how to get an agreement process started?

Wow! US citizens that actually have a residence in the US can vote for president. Who woulda' thunk! My neighbor from Kenya is a US citizen and votes for president too. Maybe that makes Kenya a domestic trip. You were the one that got all hormonal because you couldn't understand why FedEx considered SJU an international destination and I explained; if you can't figure it out, I would suggest you are the one showing his ignorance.
