There is no such thing as a 777-100-at least not in production. Boeing doesn't do well at shrinking airframes, they're much better at stretching airframes. The 777 had a -100 proposed before launch, but they never decided to offer it formally. Basically the structure of the airplane was built to heavier to allow for the longer range/higher gross weight versions and their larger engines. Shrinking it just makes it too heavy. The A330 is a lighter airframe and was shrunk succesfully with the A330-200. That airplane was selling well against the 767-300/400 which prompted Boeing to come out with Sonic Cruiser and finally the 787.
