Hearing some pretty consistent rumors that Fred is thinking of buying 777Fs. Anybody else hearing that?

Fws-kbfi

Heard the same rumor several weeks ago from a MD-11 professional. Heard the same rumor a few days ago from a workerbee who saw FSW-KBFI on the sked board about five or so weeks ago. This was about the time inwhich Airbus announced it would advise customers in a four week time frame, about the real amount of time it will take to get the A-380 out the door and to their respective companies.

My guess is that FWS realizes he losses capability with any airframe smaller than the A-380, but you have lost nothing if that capability never shows up.

Saw a 777 in Seattle yesterday painted with the Big FedEx on the side. It had the new livery - We are the World - that we will start to see on the 727-100s getting back from inspection.
