More importantly, Who cares.....it's just a magazine....not like anyone can hurt themselves with it.....a geezer losing his cane is more of a threat...

You are quite right other than to cause alarm in folks that are already spring loaded to panic. I am convinced some people feel like a handgun or any part of it is capable of self generated life and will leap from a table and harm someone. I agree it must have been a slow news day.
 
We lose a weapon or accessory and they threaten punishment and termination from the "gun club"......

KMA when another dashboard comes out for some random mistake a pilot made.....

Because it wouldn't hold up under repeated use, just like the dog eared Hustler on the tank of the crash pad toilet.
 
Well I for one am glad he didn't loose his magazine in the plane. That would have been bad and is a common mistake on this board. :)
