You guys notice how Family Guy always talk about CMH employees like he represents their beliefs. Well I just got of the phone with many of my friends in CMH. They told me they are very worried about the course this company has taken. They don't have a lot of trust in this new managment. They feel Boisture will be gone in less than a year and someone new will come in and reorganize them again.

They felt like they are being forced as a wedge between the union and management. They didn't want to attend any company meetings at the Shriner center but felt they had to. They try to show the company all the waste but nobody listens. They are tired of the company pissing off the owners.

I also read them Family Guys comments on this board and they thought he was ill informed or didn't even work in the casino. I asked them if they supported the pilots and they all agreed they did.

Sorry Family Guy but I guess the pilots are NOT the only persons who think you are an idiot.

i thought you were talking about the cartoon

FG reminds me of "Wormtounge" from Lord of The Rings. He's too smooth to be anything but a professional union buster. If the casino folks are looking for some insight into this process; I suggest reading Confessions of a Union Buster by Levitt, it's available on Amazon.com. Union busters try to "divide and conquer" by pitting employee groups against each other.

I have to disagree on this one. Smooth?? Boring perhaps, but not smooth.

I'm new here, who are Casino employees? People who work at NJA Headquarters?

Casino, puzzle palace, Santuli Sweat Shop (SSS), the floor, NetJets Flight center.... (any others?) it's all the same place at CMH - home of NJA!

The Casino houses Flight Managers, Owner Services, Scheduling, Operations, Logistics, Jepps Int'l Flight planning, some MX liasons, Meteorology, Airspace and Noise Desk, Marquis, and Dispatch.

("Casino" started popping up when people came inside and thought the flight center resembled the LAS gambling hotels. Not sure why, but I've never been to LAS)

Stop the BS dude. When you were talking to all your friends in the flight center did you disclose to them who your screen name is? Did you show them your highly respectful posts concerning them and the rest of us in the flight center? Did you show them your posts openly mocking the owners and Mr. Santulli?

Why dont you show them these posts that you've placed on this board and see if they 'support' you:

Other wise you would know all about the investigation of the A Team and how ButtHole Boisture endorsed the fact that giving gifts to schedulers was ok. Hell no, we don't like those pole suckers, but I'm sure they have dreams of making it to V.P. of Pole Suckers one day. Hell we got a VP of People why not a VP of Pole Suckers?

Oh poor DickItcher, I mean Dispatcher please don't ignore me. Come back and play.

I'll tell you what is funny.....When douche bag NJA Owner shows up for his flight and I pull out the write up that I have been carrying for the last two days and ground the airplane just before his trip.

Still Ass Clown won't debate or even educate himself about the true financial reports of this company.

You dont like me posting on here and poking holes in your arguments? Fine....keep it professional and I have no reason to be here. Keep it on target and I have no reason to be here.

I fully support the pilots in negotiating a raise for themselves. You'll get no argument from me on that. Unfortunately some people think these negotiations give them license to start bashing the company, the other employees, and even our owners. That's where I draw the line.

The simple fact is that I didnt start posting on this board until some people started using this forum to post irrational and unbalanced rants against everyone associated with the company and our owners. STFD is a good example. Your comments on grounding the airplane deliberately just before an owner trip is another.

I for one have been here a long time. Long enough to remember when this place was more like family than a job. Like dispatcher, I love this company and am proud to work here. If you or anyone else wants to post garbage on here about this company then be prepared to get the feedback from me, because I will be proud to stand up and challenge the BS when I see it.
