Familyguy, you have no credibility! All I see is hatred for the Pilots, hatred for the Union. You have an agenda, and it is clear. If what you say is true, then you have no worries. If you are a company hack and just want to stir the pot and smear the pilots then you are right on track. As stated before I have nothing but respect for the people in CMH. I for one will continue to treat people with respect and do my job to the best of my abilities.

As far as STFD, do you have anything to back up your case that pilots are cancelling trips illegally. Do you have facts that show pilots are writting up perfectly good aircraft. I dare you to come up with some facts. I didn't think so! If you did then you would have probably tried to get them fired! STFD was meant in the context of a strike vote if it comes up in the future. Stop making statements that you can't back up.

The simple fact is that I didnt start posting on this board until some people started using this forum to post irrational and unbalanced rants against everyone associated with the company and our owners.

You didn't start posting on this board until after the company hired union busting "labor consultants" to fight the pilots. Is that a coincidence???

Casino, puzzle palace, Santuli Sweat Shop (SSS), the floor, NetJets Flight center.... (any others?) it's all the same place at CMH - home of NJA!

The Casino houses Flight Managers, Owner Services, Scheduling, Operations, Logistics, Jepps Int'l Flight planning, some MX liasons, Meteorology, Airspace and Noise Desk, Marquis, and Dispatch.

("Casino" started popping up when people came inside and thought the flight center resembled the LAS gambling hotels. Not sure why, but I've never been to LAS)

In light of the times....THE DEATH STAR.....

"Lord Vader"......yes my maasterrrrr.........

Lets see...Famguy logs on in May...over 140 posts...ALL on the Frax board?

FG has had quite a month and a half for himself. No interest in other aspects of aviation? Just Frax?

Won't tell us his real job at NJA?

Smells like low tide to me.....

Sun - I challenge you to find anything in my posts attacking the pilots. I have a great deal of respect for the pilots and everything they do to deliver great service to our owners. I know many of our pilots, particularly the ones that have been here for some time, and will always go out of my way to show the utmost respect for them. I know their jobs are challenging and I try to do my best to make their lives easier on the road.

I do not have respect for the union, or any union, partly out of the way they are currently conducting these negotiations, and partly for bad experiences I've had working for unions in the past. Its been my experience that they add to the problems facing workers and companies rather than being a catalyst to solve them.

I was refering to the statements that you and your fellow pilots have made on this board, none of which are in the context of a strike vote. For example:

If the owners and card holders feel comfortable with 25-35% sell-offs now, how will they feel with replacement scabs flying them around in QS tails. If they don't care then this place can take this job and shove it.

I hope the Casino staff are all ready for a long vacation this summer.

Dispatcher, you truly have shown your colors as a management toad. I tried to give you answers to some of your questions and you come of all emotional. By the way, I have a 4 year degree in Aviation business, so I will give my opinions on whatever I want. Given 4 years I might be able to teach you business basics 101, but I doubt it. Since your crass attitude ruined the intent of this thread, which was to have a logical, adult discusion.

Get back to work! Direct at Mach 92 and FL410, and Im takin extra fuel BEEEYOTCH! Guess what, if you dont file it, I can.

Those questions are for management. The only question I care about is whether this will pay pilots correctly.... If Not STFD

Hog - Actually I'm interested in many different aspects of aviation, and try to keep up on the other areas by reading their sections of this board as well.

I only post in the frax board because that is the area where I've worked for years now.

Familyguy, you still don't get it do you! The post you quoted me in was about a possible?strike. Did you see the reference to replacement pilots? I am still ready to STFD if the NMB releases us after the cooling off period. I hope it doesnt come to that, but if the management pushes that far, that's what they will get.

You still have no credibility and you are just here to bash the Union. I agree with you on one thing, IBT 284 did a terrible job of negoitiating with the company. They did not represent the pilots. 1108 and our current leadership has been fair, up front and consistent with what 89% of the pilots elected them to do. 1108 is not 5 MEC pilots, it's 2100 pilots looking for a fair market wage. If that doesn't come to fruition, then there will be some large turnover. You have to understand that questioning the direction that management is taking this company is not bashing Netjets. I believe we have a great product to offer people that can afford it. I just hope decisions made at the top won't take away from it and ruin it for all of the Netjets employees. As long as you keep bashing the Union(2100 pilots) I will keep on your case about it.

Sun - I fully support questioning management and the direction they take the company. Every concerned employee should understand what direction the company is headed and their managers should be able to explain it to them. After all, all of our livelihoods are tied to the decisions they make.

The concern that I have is that many people on this board have taken it well past questioning management and holding them accountable. I've seen derogatory references, crude and deliberate mangling of managers names, open mocking of owners, and other reprehensible behavior on these boards. That, in my mind, in unacceptable. Everyone here is an adult and a professional and should act as such.
