Hey Hawker,
I have flown both a early and late 2000 for about 5 years now and have really enjoyed it. It does everything that my company has asked it to do with excellent results. In fact, management decided to replace them with the 2000EX EASy's so I guess they think it's a good machine as well. It operates out of a shorter runways and goes where we need it with 1 stop to Europe. Good systems for the most part, quiet cabin and cockpit, good apu, etc. 410, 430 are basic altitudes for operating. One of the major problems is climb rates in mid level altitudes especially with a/i on but I have flown several jets that have those issues as well. Support from Dassault has been very good. We had some problems with engine reserves (spares) but like most problems eventually worked its way out. Dispatchability has been nearly perfect.
FSI at TEB has some great guys (George P). School is good with no big surprises there especially now that DFW has been on line for a few years and Simuflite is expanding
PM me if I can answer anything else.
