Angel Flight has the offical call sign "Angel Flight", code NGF. There is also a code for "Compassion". This callsign is used by us bug smasher pilots when we fly for Angel Flight.

Jane Garvey used the callsign "safeflight 1" at Oshkosh last week. I was listening to OSH ground towards the end of the airshow, and heard this conversation:

N1: "ground, Safeflight One, ready to taxi"

OSH tower: "Safeflight One, you can't taxi until the airshow is over."

N1: "This Gulfstream November One, The Administrator is on board".

[pause]

OSH tower: "Safeflight taxi to runway 27".
