Why can't Hooter's Air be hiring as much as express jet?

I used to work for them (Pace) many years ago. I don't recommend it.

This isn't quite true. We have 64 new hires in training in January. The first class of 32 started on January 3 and the second on January 17. January 10 and 24 each has a class of 32 upgrades.

Well what I was referring to was 12/6 32 - 12/13 32 and then the 2 January classes of 32 so I was close.
