Can you (ASA) personal drop? That is, either give a shift away with pay loss, or drop a shift WITH pay loss if excess staffing? (I doubt there's much excess staffing except maybe in winter....)

Our pass benifits are we get unlimited S3's and 6 S2's on ASA flights. We get unlimited S3B's on Delta. Delta currently has S3B's on us which is nice becuase if you have a decent amount of seniority you pretty much are on any flight that has an open seat which isn't many these days but its nice to see your name at the top of the list occasionally. United wise....I'm not sure...it wasn't as good a deal but I can look it up later.

Actually we can sort of drop a day now if someone picks it up. Its new to us and I don't think many make use of it due to new contract versus e-time issues. I'll have to look into that also.

Sadly none of the ASA dispatchers (unless they worked at XJT before ASA) will ever have the pleasure of knowing Chito.....:) If you search the urban dictionary he even has his own entry under Chitohole. Also, since it got lost on the ASA XJT merged seniority list thread, does SKYW have the EMB-145 on their certificate. I seem to remember them saying that they were still going to do it even though the deal with XJT fell through in 2008. Thanks........
