I was hired in May, off IOE near the end of July, and I am holding a relief line for December. In other words, only about 4 months on reserve and, considering they told us to expect 6 months to a year, I think that's pretty decent. I'm EWR based by the way, slightly different in the other bases.

Yeah if we don't hire someone with a whopping 355hrs., we would be idiots! You have got to be kidding me! Kid, do yourself a favor--Go get 1000+ hours (like almost all our newhires), some real world experience, a new attitude, and then put your app. in. Our hiring department is pretty screwed up, but even THEY can weed out tools like you. Have a nice day!
