You are STILL wrong about the CPA. They can begin to repo aircraft if there is a work stopage, but it takes 90 days of stopage for them to repo the entire fleet. It is a graduated repo depending on the length of the strike. Both airlines would be financially crippled by a stopage long before the fleet repo would be complete.
If you are an XJT employee, which you may be, I doubt you are a pilot. Most of our crewmembers have a better comprehension of the CPA than you have demonstrated here.
