Exercise
I like walking for exercise. Every day during my lunch hour, weather permitting, I go out and walk for at least fifteen minutes. Sometimes, the heat is blistering hot at noon, so I only walk the fifteen minutes. With fall coming, it'll cool down, so I'll try to walk for a half hour. On weekends, I walk in the morning for a half hour.
I try to walk every day. It's great for clearing your mind, and you don't need any special equipment.
Watch your weight, too. I'm not a big person and for a few years I was about thirty pounds overweight. I could feel it as I climbed the (steep) stairs at our old apartment. That scared me, so I vowed to lose weight. I lost the thirty (gained a few back
) and feel much better.
Good health to all.
