Bushwick, Enterprise does use a 3rd party to do customer service surveys. They normally call between 6-9pm.

Factoid: Enterprise was founded by Jack Taylor, who flew Hellcats off the Enterprise in WWII. He has two Navy DFC's and at 89 is still very connected to the Company and VERY pro aviation, having a flight department for over 38 years.
