This may be common knowledge to everyone else but we rented a car while we were at a friends wedding from enterprise in Aurora, CO last weekend and found out that a college degree is required to work at Enterprise as the desk person/pick you up/drop you off person. It was also very cheap, compact 4 door for 3 days for only $21.00 w/out the extra insurance. From now on ask the person working at enterprise what there degree is in and where they graduated from, most are happy to tell you. Apparently they pay a livable wage too.

That is great reason to get your college degree if you want to be a pilot, you will have career to fall back on.

I asked a manager at one of their locations about this a while back, and they have a corporate policy to promote to upper level management from inside the company. They hire folks with the qualifications that they want at the boardroom, and bring them up from the front line jobs.

Crack-Whore Trainee pays a livable wage. But would you want the job?
