A day of testing. Great. I guess its time to open up my CFI books again as I think these very insightful HR and Flight Ops people manning the entrance door to their pilot group really want to make sure someone flying for 10-15 years safely at a regional knows Bernoulli's Principle, Aeronautics for naval aviators, and planning a descent on an arrival while figuring out if the plane you are flying will overtake the plane in front of you on that same arrival. Or maybe they should just bring some really big circus hoops into the interview and see just who will jump through the most because that is a better indication of who really wants the job the most. Or maybe just line up everyone and start doing some side straddle hops (jumping jacks for you non military people) and the last ones standing gets the job.
