Nice brother! Don't have the first clue how you do it- I need my days off- but I'd like to cash in more- any secrets for a junior FO?
 
145Boss, yeah it is possible. I made 115,406 of 5th year pay. 85% B757 all international Europe. 944 flight hours. + deadhead, not much this year. I pretty much flew my schedule in 2010 with maybe one trip trade a month. If you are aggressive with the trip trades then you can make $130,000 or $140,000. Where everyone makes the extra is on the deadheads to Europe.

I'll take $100K with an 18-day-off per month schedule (on the 737) over those horrible 756 schedules any day of the week. No way is an extra $15K worth all the DH, backside-of-the-clock flying, and fewer days off.
