Just returned from the interview. Those who brought their wives paid their way and some even chose to buy tickets for themselves on other carriers so they could travel with their wives because an Emirates ticket was very expensive.

Well? What did you think of Dubai?

Hmmmm.......well, to be honest I think I would get really bored there. I can only spend 2 days in Vegas at a time and Dubai seems very similar. I think it's an excellent opportunity best suited for young guys (late 20's early 30's) and young families raising young kids (if the wives can tolerate the lifestyle)...on the fence myself. I'm going to go back for a few days on my own and try to get a better feel.
