I go to one of the residential campuses...if you don't learn this quick you will have trouble at Riddle, and most colleges. Do not let them push you around! You want something, make them understand that. Don't just stand there and nod as they talk you into or out of something. My friend was like this and it took him months to get out of the flight program and to change his major, cuz he was being a huge wimp.
(I've never once flown at Riddle..too structured for me, but some like it, and its just regular flight training, no promises, private through CFI and a good chance of being hired as a CFI, like any other flight school. So while I don't personally like the program, I can't really bash it that much either.)
If you didn't feel like you were getting what you wanted, you shoulda complained 7 months ago when you were still in the program! Not now!
You need to have some personal responsbility for something so serious as this...
AND, if this totally turned you off from aviation, thats a good thing! Means you aren't really cut out for it and woulda ******************** a brick after your first furlough or bankruptcy anyway!
