Good Day All,

We're looking into owning and operating a Lineage 1000 out of North America as a corporate operator, and I would like to get some input from the EMB190 operators. Any input would be greatly appreciated as there are no current Part 91, Lineage 1000 operators in North America.

What operational or maintenance issues do you see with the EMB190?

Embraer customer and technical services?

Parts availability?

Would love any input that your willing to share.

Buy two of them. That way you'll have one to fly while the other is grounded with some ridiculous maintenance issue.

Without going into larger 121 airports, how would you get from the plane to the ground (stairs?)

seat reduction and payload reduction so it is a part 91 airplane? and not 125?

Just talked to a USairways E190 driver and he described it as a giant Bic Razor - cheap and plastic.

I am sure your Lineage would be nicer, but I would suggest looking elsewhere (I've seen some nice G550s, Falcon 7Xs and some older but capable Globals on the market recently). No doubt you could find a steady stream of ready E190/170 pilots for it if you bought it.
