XPOO I respect your opinions, but if fuel prices hit $100.00 dollars, it is not Skywest pilot that will be on the street with no jobs.

It is the ticket buyers that would have to pay the fuel surcharge.

So anyway, how long is this pay proposal suppose to have an ammended time? B'cause acoording to SAPA, pay with SGU is negotiated every year?

I can't speak for other departments, but Dispatch has not negotiated pay proposal in over 16 months. Took two months from first offer to final signature. Proposal runs through to 2009. So, Dispatch will more than likely not be approaching another proposal for another 2 years.

Two years ago SkyWest pilots voted down a pay proposal and that put Dispatch's pay proposal in the garbage right behind it. Took another year to get the talks started back up again.
