I just completed my EJA interview and was wondering how long it takes to hear anything. I've heard several conflicting reports. Some people say if you knock their socks off, they will call you soon. Others say it takes 3-4 weeks, regardless. Of course, this is all assuming you are selected.

Anyone have any insight?

It really depends on your background check and if everything is running on track in the HR department. It took about 4 to 5 weeks before I heard something and it took me calling them to get the offer. I don't think having an "outstanding" interview will make them call you any sooner. If you haven't received the letter in the mail yet, then I would say your well on your way to ground school!! I wish you luck and hope to see you on line, SOON!
