EJA Hawker 800XP Question?

Just wondering if one could preference the Hawker 800 for initial and then upgrade in it within the first 12 months? Also, would one suggest upgrading or attempting an upgrade in the first year while on probation? Thanks - interviewing in January. HF

There have been a ton of 800 bids out and it has become a pretty good plane and also very junior.

I upgraded within a year, and regretted it. Too much pressure while on probation and also the whole one checkride thing and your out was a little bit of a bother.

They don't want to fire you, you just don't get as many chances on probation.
