I was in Prague a year or so ago and loved it. I did a bike tour with this place called Praha Bike, for about $20. I would definately suggest checking them out. You get a great tour of the city with someone that knows a lot about what your seeing. Lots of fun. They also do a bike pub crawl... You cant beat a city where a bottle of beer is literally cheaper than a bottle of water.
