Awesome job holding the line Eagle. You guys have always been a class act. Good to see things haven't changed.

Another round on me!!!

This could be a shot in the arm for the Republic folks!!!

Which is why regional pilots are their own worst enemy

good on the Eagle pilots...lots of former Simmons colleagues still there..

It would be epic if all other regional carriers refused to perform any Eagle flying going forward. If Alpa had any sense they would summon all the Regional MEC's together for an emergency meeting. A big middle finger to the knife to the throat style of bargaining that management has been getting away with for years. Pilots finally have the upper hand with the lack of 1,500 hour pilots on the market. A little bit of unity right now could be a game changer!!

First, ALPA would never do that......though they should.

Actually first.....Congrats to the eagle guys. I wish another unnamed Wholly Owned would have been cut from the same cloth.

Republic comes out and speaks of having to ground their 145's due to lack of pilots.....Signing bonuses are coming up......there is no reason to fly these birds on the cheap.

Every regional approached for these planes should demand the pay and benefits that come with them...

You miss understood..... I meant this will be a shot in the arm for Republic Pilots as they fight for a few contract.

Can't do it? Remember they represent the big money people.... It's a Big Club and the Regionals aren't in it. They just represent us enough to give us that warm fuzzy feeling. The more they can squeeze out of the regionals the more they can give management and to there big carriers and themselves.
If we however stop letting the whipsaw maybe you will see Mainline Carriers owning and operating all there regionals and everyone on a single list.
