This could be a shot in the arm for the Republic folks!!!
Which is why regional pilots are their own worst enemy
good on the Eagle pilots...lots of former Simmons colleagues still there..
It would be epic if all other regional carriers refused to perform any Eagle flying going forward. If Alpa had any sense they would summon all the Regional MEC's together for an emergency meeting. A big middle finger to the knife to the throat style of bargaining that management has been getting away with for years. Pilots finally have the upper hand with the lack of 1,500 hour pilots on the market. A little bit of unity right now could be a game changer!!
Where is that drunk bastard Doug Parker? He offers mainline American pilots raises and QOL provisions for the merger, and he offers the regional pilots of AA nothing. All they get is threats of liquidation and bullying for concessions. FK them all. Let's make it real hard on all of them. God knows they make it hard on us. The XJT-Eagle pilot coalition starts now.
Aye, fight and you may be shut down. Give in, and you'll fly that nice EMB 175 ... at least a while. And sitting in your Big 175's, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade ALL the crappy pay over the next ten year, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell Doogie Parker that they may take our 50 Seat RJ's, but they'll never take... OUR DIGNITY!! ohhh.. OUR FREEDOM!!!!!!
thank you eagle.
