when you accept employment, you do so under the conditions specified by your employer. If you don't want to wear a uniform, get a job that does not require it.

I would wear a PINK hat if it meant I could have my old job back!

You guys worry too much about whether your hair looks good anyway. Dont you know that eventually the lunar gravity will start to make you bald anyway? (unless you wear aluminum foil on your head inflight of course...)
