The best thing that could happen to this place is for the FOs to leave in massive numbers and cause a meltdown of the airline. Maybe that would get Parker's attention.

Nah, that won't get any attention, it's been happening at PDT for a year or two now. No one seems to notice the money gushing into training costs while attrition remains higher than hiring.
 
PSA has some kickback deal set up with the city (and I use that term loosely) of Dayton. Essentially, the city of Dayton pays a percentage of training costs to "create jobs" in essence. The working conditions are so poor that 70 percent of FA's leave within the first year but that is fine with them because they never make 2ND year longevity.
