Hey all:

I know this may not be the most appropriate forum, but since Diesel does run around here a lot, I thought it might be best to put this here.

Diesel's Dad passed away the other day. His Pop was an acomplished pilot, and a pretty good surgon too.

As dysfunctional as we are all here, I'm sure all would wish to offer our condolances. I do.

Hung

To Diesel and family, my condolences on your loss.

Tailwinds and fair skies to the good doctor.

Diesel,
Our condolances; Godspeed to your Dad.

They say the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree so your Dad must have been a pretty good guy. Your next girlie drink in CMH is on me....

Peace bro..

My thoughts, prayers and condolences to you and your family, Diesel.

Thanks a lot guys. It's been a tough week. Can't even believe its been less than a week.

I've avoided posting because its been tough getting through this.

I appreciate all the kind thoughts though.

I'm very sorry for your loss, Diesel.

Enjoy your memories, I'm sure they're all great ones, he sounds like he was one heck of a guy!

One more

Our sympathies to Diesel and his family.

A few weeks ago my uncle (my Dad's only sibling) passed away quickly from the dreadful disease too. My sister was to be officiating at the funeral and was writing the eulogy. She was sitting the bedroom of my 7 year old son, when she looked up at his calendar for that month which had a wonderful and appropriate quote ---

Don't cry because it is over; smile because it happened.

The author --Dr. Seuss of course. I think it sums is all up.

Fly safe.
