Did SWA decision board meet??

The July board was not a full month of interviews. I believe they cut it off at around the 21th. I think they were doing 4 days of interviews per week so thats 12 interview dates with 15 or so on each date. That makes about 200 interviewies.

No call and no letter for me yet.

Everyone that interviewed in June was in the month's DB. Nobody got pushed.

I asked one of the Chiefs this question and that's what he said. Good luck to you guys/gals.

Just found out another guy I interviewed with got a letter today.... I'm not sure what's going on with the calls.

has anyone who interviewed in late June (21st or later) heard anything yet? Just curious because there is conflicting info on whether or not we would be included in the July DB, so far I have heard yes and no from WN pilots. I figure the only way to find out is by someone getting a call or a letter.

for what its worth, interviewed Jun 21 and got the call today. They told us the whole month would most likely go on this DB.

Also interviewed back in early May like Road Rash and got slipped to the July board. Nothing like sweating it out for almost 2 and 1/2 months! Got the call today. I was told that I was first on that ACP's list at 1440 CDT. Other calls are coming, so keep the faith and good luck!

I got the call yesterday from the asst. chief in BWI-
last name starts with B, but i'm not sure that really matters. Good luck to those still waiting--I was told to expect a class date early next year.

Anyone interview after June 21st and hear something yet? I interviewed on the 26th and we were told at the time that we'd be slipped to the Aug DB. I have heard conflicting info on this post and others on which DB we're in so if anyone has some updated and confirmed info there are a number of us who'd be happy to know.

Interviewed mid-June and got the call yesterday from the Dallas Chief Pilot! :beer:

I interviewed the 27th, and we were told we'd ALL be in the August DB....I'm already pullin' my hair out....gotta be patient though.

You and me both Beech!!!! We interviewed on the same day, so far I dont know of anyone who interviewed after the 21st who has gotten a call or letter.

Anyone know how many in the pool and the projected class dates. My buddy was hired last month and Southwest called and told him not to worry about the drug test until they schedule him for class. Rumor has it it won't be until DEC. I have a feeling by the time I go to class my feet could be webbed.

I was called Monday and told there were about 200 in the pool and to expect a class date of early next year. He pretty much said that after Sept. that would be it for the year, subject to change.

I interviewed on June 12th, so I guess were in the same pool. Sounds like maybe next year. Pool party anyone?
