I understand but these companies DHL, POLAR, ASTAR if they wanted to sell, buy, expand, or what ever they can do so without answering to any share holder. Just like DHL just did with Astar. They bought 49% and no one knows the dollar amount! They just did it behind closed doors.

hey erwaz, just seen the release today for DPWN and looks like the info will be in the Q3. Now we get to see how much return Das got on that 58 million investment.
Page 29: Purchase price allocation (for ASTAR) is scheduled to be completed and presented in the third quarter of 2007.

I read that report Shooter. Interesting verbage there. "Consolidated" vs. "Associate" for Polar. Now, where's my decoder ring??
