Weak come back again!!!! You are really, really disappointing me!!

Know your Role

“Let's look at all consumer metrics reported by the DOT, including canceled flights, lost bags, oversales and complaints. Based on the most recent DOT report, Delta was 21% more likely to cancel your flight, 64% more likely to lose your bag, an astounding 1,440% more likely to bump you against your will and, I suppose, not surprisingly, Delta customers complain 93% more about their Delta flights and service than AirTran customers."

"So if you don't need to get there and don't really like your luggage, fly Delta; but when the trip matters and you really want to get to your final destination with your bags and a smile on your face, fly AirTran Airways,"

Debate That!!! lol

Baggage woes put US Airways last in rankings

Here's a slogan you won't hear out of US Airways' marketing department anytime soon: "We're No. 10."

That's the Tempe airline's ranking among the 10 major airlines for baggage handling in 2006. It mishandled 7.82 bags per 1,000 passengers boarded, according to the government's monthly Air Travel Consumer report, out Wednesday.

That was a significant improvement from 2005 but still compared poorly with its peers and the industry average of 6.73. Among major airlines, JetBlue Airways was No. 1 at 4.09. Southwest, the other dominant carrier in Phoenix, came in fourth among the majors at 5.34. advertisement

US Airways fared only a notch better in customer complaints, coming in ninth out of the 10 majors. Southwest was first.

After flight problems, the biggest source of complaints for US Airways and most airlines is luggage woes. The company has repeatedly attributed its poor showing largely to staffing woes and a lack of equipment at its Philadelphia hub. It is spending $20 million to fix things there and said it has seen a marked improvement in the past few months.

The one bright spot in the rankings for US Airways: on-time performance. It came in at No. 2 among the majors for the year, second only to Southwest.

Know your role? You sound drunk. Great catch phrase. Your role around me is to watch out for wake turbulence and offset 15 degrees right.

Know your role!!!! Don't pop a mole!

Know Your Role!!!

Are you making a pitiful attempt at being cool and starting an anti-Delta catch-phrase? Wow....neat.

Give up the "Know your role"
You'd do better with "Where's the beef?"

And WD - what, are you Doug Parker's "sponsor" now?
