Maybe these guys should be limited to airports with weather above circling mins and I think there probably needs to be an evaluator pilot at the controls anytime they are going to a field that has anything worse than a dry runway. This would be a good start until they can have a serious discussion about the flippant safety culture and retrain the problem children.
