On 31 day months, you are on reserve 19 days; on 30 day months, it is 18.

Call out is 12 hours, however, they can assign 6 short call days which have 2 hour call out.

I haven't been on reserve in 6 years but I understand short call is usually better because if they have a trip for you, they'll tell you as far out as possible.

Short call is really used for coverage when people call in sick or irregular ops. Basically you won't be utilized as much on short call.

What about international reserve 76ER. Is reserve call out longer than that?

Also, somebody said that pay while in training is 2750$. Is that every two weeks, or for the entire month?

Thanks.

Where do applicants stay during the interviews?? Any cheap hotels nearby that provides transportation to the facility?

Thanks!

They give you a list of hotels with the DL rate on the letter you receive after you schedule your interview.

interview

I just got the email for an interview...No internal recs. I have just kept updating my app on airline apps every month since the hiring started. Tenacity and a willingness to get hired at Delta has payed off for a shot at a great company.

Interview is July 12th and hopefully July 13th as well!
