Heh... the time I jumpseated CAI-JFK on TW, we very nearly diverted to Bangor. Landed with 5k lbs, IIRC.

If that is really true on a B767 they should have landed in Bangor.

OK, I'll bite. Did BK have something to do with paying less on your leases?

BK allowed DAL to renegotiate quite a few contracts, but of course the lessors could have agreed not to pay the new rates, and some did. At the end of the day, all the new contracts were mutually agreed upon.

Pinnacle is getting ready to pick up some 70+ seaters. Rumor is it will be for Delta. Compass will be doing it for NWA.

Scope? That was basically lost and bigger planes are going to the regionals.
