That's crazy. I was told there were 800 living in FLA, and 200-300 living in ATL alone...... Still, 342 DAL-N pilots will take a good look at ATL and probably JFK from FLA. I would.

Bye Bye--General Lee

LEC in ATL put out a great demographics slide show that had everything in it. I have no idea why they didnt send it to all Pilots because i've found it very informative.

Fine with me. It is what it is. We ratified the process, and the results are now going to start coming in. Now we all will get to experience the worlds most successful airline merger first hand.

I suspect the worlds most successful airline merger is going to screw a lot of Delta S pilots out of their seats.

IMHO the south pilots would have been better off at a stand alone Delta.

Almost all of the retirements are on our side for the next 7 years. I know, after that your retirements start. Unfortunately, only about 1500 of our pilots will be left to experience that. If you want to turn this place into US Airways, keep making these comments. The former NWA pilots will start to hate the real Delta pilots real quick.

Let's just hope it works out well for everyone.

Anyone have any guesses on what the MSP DC9 category will look like? More flying, less flying, better looking flight attendants, etc...?

Who would have thought NYC would not be the junior base at Delta?

True comment but we knew that coming in. I never cared for the merger personally but we just have to live with the damage it has brought to our lifestyles and career expectations.

Like they say, "It is what it is."

Can't change it, better make the best of it. If you don't you are the one that will be miserable.
