If I were you I'd try and be humble at the interview. Feed their egos. Tell them whatever they want to hear. We all know from this board what class (or lack there of) are Delta FOs so I can only assume that same type of person will be interviewing you. Tell them you are a company man and welcome future pay cuts and hose jobs by management. Use some buzz phrases like "I believe during bad times we should share the pain but during good time sharing the gain should be up to management." Do that, and your in!

Wow Tanker boy, way to sum up an entire pilot group with that comment. It is quite obvious to everyone on this forum that you were either an interview reject, or you just live a very sad life as a quality prick. You couldn't show your ignorance any better than you did.
