Sig, please get your facts straight. While it is true that the Civil War had alot to do with Slavery it to a much greater degree had much more to do with the Federal Government imposing on States Rights. Plain and Simple.

Just because you state it to be true doesn't make it so. The history books and the facts dont agree with what you are saying.

Was Slavery a Major Contribution to the Civil War? Yes.
Was it the only factor? Not by a long shot.
