I think they have, or at least used to have, a Lear and a Challenger based at LEX. I thunk it was a 601 and a Lear 55, but I am unsure of the owners or operators.

Current mileage may vary...

I do not know about the crew, however, the owner gets flight benefits attached to a certain level.

Their drawback to some is that they make you provide like $500 million in insurance so they are covered. This is especially costly for a Lear 60 which is the kind of aircraft they like to have,.

Anyone have any info on schedules, pay, upgrades, how to get an interview?

Schedule: currently 10 days off/month.

Pay: 1st yr F/O $30k

Upgrades: Typically 18-24 months, although recently it has been less, 8-12

Interview: Luck of the draw; although just like anywhere else, knowing someone is helpful.

As a side note, there is no integration with Delta seniority, although crews DO receive the same pass benefits as any/all Delta employee.

All in all, for a 135 operator, a pretty decent place to be. Small family type atmosphere, with a good working relationship between pilots and management.
