When I started this thread, I was pretty sure this was true; but I still didn't want to say it was definite because nothing is definite in this industry. But, as we can see now, I guess I didn't have to put the question mark after the title to my thread.

An interesting thing to note is that with this agreement, CHQ-RP will charge 3% less than its previous agreement with Delta for existing 145 flying.
