What a sausage fest.

I'm dam glad the world is filled with numb-nuts like you retards. It makes it that much easier for me to nail snatch.

LMAO!!!!!

Look, either you are too stupid to admit that you are wrong or you just like getting beat up.

I would never be so stupid as to come out and say anything negative or asualt the character of a major airlines chief pilot on a public forum web site.
Nor would I be so stupid as to attack another persons character, especially un provoked. You seem to have missed out on this part of lifes leasons.

First off. Show us all where I said something negative about Mr. Bushy. Or please shut up.

Secondly. You failed to answer my question, have you met the man or are you just spouting off with no point of reference? I can comment intelligently and objectivly. Lets face facts. Crew room hear say is all you have to draw your conclusions from but yet you continue to post your opinion.

Don't worry about my dog? My comment was directly pointed at Eagleflip(please re-read post, no where does it say JayDub, you choose to jump in). Isn't he a moderator? At no point did I attack the mans character, what I clearly said was Comair may have a point.

So much for offering to buy that beer. You just don't know when to quit.

Enjoy

Hey, I'll buy that beer. Simmah down, men. It might be prudent to focus on the main topic at hand anyway.

Point taken, G4G5. Had I been in Comair's shoes during the strike and subsequent "no jumpseat" decision, I'd be ticked as well. My statement stands, however--there is another side of that decision that we don't know. I like to understand both sides of an issue before I pass judgement.

However, my real argument is that just because someone works for a company--and retires--doesn't mean that they can't move on to another company. They aren't disloyal. They aren't "wrong." It is simply a logical, ethical decision.

As for me being a moderator...Well, since when does that mean I can't take a stand or make a pointed statement? As you can see, I may not make as many posts as others, but I still enjoy the discussion.

I met him at DAL new hire.

My father worked with him when he we NYC Chief Pilot.

Like ma ma always said, "when you don't have something nice to say, come sit by me"

I would not be so hard on Comair................................

No, you didn't mention Eagleflip, JayDub, or any other JetBlue pilot at all. You (I would presume) made this in reference to Mr. Dave Bushy, a fellow that has yet to defend himself. You are right, you never did say anything bad about him, you merely implied it. Now that you have decided he's a "nice guy", what was it that made you decide you had nothing nice to say about him in the first place?

On second thought, never mind. Someone needs to be an adult here. I am done with this thread.

JayDub

Please take note that the quote you refer to precedes Eagleflips comments to Comair. Just like Eagleflips follows Comair's comments. So, yes I was directly responding to Eagleflip and their was no need to state it. That's how a thread works.

Get this straight, what I implied was a guy who has walked the picket line and had his jump seat privileges revoked by Mr. Bushy has the right to comment without having a Moderator (who is also a JetBlue pilot jump down his throat).

An Adult? I quote:
"I have yet to see a post from you that didn't end up being a love-fest of yourself "

You attack me (un provoked). Then you falsely accuse me of bad mouthing the chief pilot of JetBlue (you come up with zero, nada, zilch to back up your accusations). Left with nothing else, you try this, someone needs to be an adult bit. Next time, try taking the high road and apologize. Or just think twice (before you bad mouth someone and then falsely accuse them) and the whole thread could have been avoided.

Eagleflip,

What I said was:
"I would not be so hard on Comair................................"

I apologize to those who had to read the unnecessary BS that followed.

I know of one person in particular who got stuck out on the road during that mess. Not a big deal, he got a ride with another carrier but it sure ticked him off.

What I infered was, I have met the guy and everyone is entitled to their opinion. Good or Bad, I am not going to state either way, Comair has his.

I just thought that it was a little out of place for a Moderator, who is also a JetBlue pilot to come down so hard on the guy. Maybe it was just my perception of your response. My quote says that.

Thanks for the offer, I got the first round. You are entitled to your opinion, and everyone likes a good argument. If you had not been wearing the moderator cap, I never would have said a thing.

Good luck and enjoy.

Ok,
I'll change the theme....word is that the former VP of Flt Ops at AA, Bob Kudwa, was offered the job before Bushy but turned it down. Too many headaches to deal with.....

Wow! That's interesting. Is it a reliable rumor? (Who am I kidding...what rumor was reliable in the first place?)

"Too many headaches..."

Headaches at AA or JetBlue? No kidding, it's a serious question.
