I bet you are the sort of tool that claims racism when your own performance is sub-standard or you don't get your way. You do a disservice to every minority who has risen above stereotypes and has succeeded on the basis of their qualifications and achievements.
I, and I'll wager most here truly had no idea or even thought of race or gender in these messages - it was true equal opportunity flaming and insults - until you brought it up.
You are so quick to hurl insults. That trend which was posted about my comment came from a trend on racism.
Words can be used in a context that are offending or acceptable. Some words I can use talking to my buddies but if you use those same words those same guys will be offended.
lastly you will never understand what it feels like, people like you can never really have people like me close to you. We could spend time togather but we both will keep our real opinions bottled up because we have to be withen our limits. That is the reality of life.
I feel you should be free to express yourself and you are withen your rights. I never said the dude was a racist. I said his statement was racist in the context presented and offensive. It was posted to offend me.
The first post regarding race here and identifying my race like if it matter was posted by someone else. I just responded to it. My post was as regards to two companies. He felt he could compare my statement regarding the two companies as pap his perception that I was looking down on Northwest Pilots to Whites looking down on Blacks.
I have a hard time appreciating the comparative value.
And as usaul were race is concerned it is normal to have guys like you feeling that everyone plays the race card. And you stretch your imagination to speculate that I would cry foul when I fail at anything and say it is based on race.
Maybe I could say color does affect performance in sense of demographics, opportuinity and ambition. But that is subject to exceptions amoung all races.
If I blamed my failures on my skin color believe me I would not have improved on anything that I do and would most likely would not have made any of the achievements I have attained in diffrent fields.
I am always happy to engage anyone on what is racist and you can be racist even without uttering a word. But that may sound an extreme opinion to you.
You must have heard the statement that actions speak louder than words.
To end on a good note we have made great progress in race relations to the extent we can move forward from here without having to resort to an umpire to intervene in difficulties we may encounter in our daily lives.
