Aren't 2 pilots in DL cockpits, or are the swithches turned off on the FO whenever the CAPT is about to make a decision. Didn't the CO pilots get their jobs back after deciding to land on the unlit taxiway in EWR?
 
Yes it was inbound from RIO. We had a special rider who was quite preoccupied with his e-mail at departure.

Nope. Unintentional...and lucky.

...but I'd be sticking with Monster Buck's story...yeah...that's the ticket!
