KR is probably over extended again with those shiny G450. wouldn't be the first time. and ADP is a perfect scapegoat they have never admitted fault on anything. Core values only apply to the pilots. Thats in the small print

Why hire competent people when someone else will do the job for less? This has been the Ricci way for years, but the Options pilots have been trying to change that for 8 years now.

I will say that EG took full responsibility. After speaking with him in length, I for one believe it was actually ADP's fault for not delivering on their promise. The company has stepped up and taken care of anyone who might have bounced checks or whatever. They are also giving out personal letters for creditors if needed. I am in the things happen camp but it cannot happen again. If it does, then yes, heads need to roll.
