You can dump the TR's with the nose up, just be CAREFUL how much juice you add. You can use a little TR power while holding the nose up for aerodynamic braking. My PF did it today. I've done it too. (no pax on board)

The other day, I was looking for the temp you should have when starting a warm 731. Do you motor the engine down to 100 C? I didn't have time to research this. Anyone know?
 
I haven't seen any recommendation on a temp for restarting a warm engine. If you mean on the ground, Garrett recommends simply turning the fan just 180 degrees. You can do it by hand or use the starter. That recommendation is when you have to restart within 30 minutes of shut down. (I've never seen anybody do that, though). In the air, just follow the recommendations per the AFM's Air Start procedures.
