We've had guys abuse it, and they've been spoken to about it. But for the most part the deal works really well.

We had that for a LONG time, then the abuse got to be too much. Had to scrap the cards for meals and go per diem...
 
I've been at this company 10 years; they did talk about scrapping the credit cards, but never did. As pilots, we feel we have a great deal. Turns out that our accounting department loves it, too. Rather than multipliying hours on duty to your meal expense, and adding it to a total of days flown, they simply pay the bill (after asking us to verify the charges).
I think that if someone abuses the card, THAT PERSON, not the entire staff would be put on the per diem schedule.
