Don't ya' see the irony in that statement? When people suggest that NJ pilots accept that "that's the way it is" all hell breaks loose.

I meant if she asks for a raise and they say NO, then she has no recourse. Is that to hard to understand? I also said the casino employees all deserve a raise.
 
Actually I would take the hourly that managers are on the floor making....Of course I want the clock to start the moment I leave my gateway and to stop the moment I'm returned....I also want 1.5 x hourly for anything after 8 hours....I want to get the floating holidays off...all the ed benefits. etc....That way I can work on another degree at NJA expense....

You might want to rethink this. The ONLY reason we CAN file a grievance is because a flight manager, or scheduler VIOLATES the contract. We CANNOT file for ANY other reason. Their job is what it is. However their job is NOT to purposely violate the cba (or maybe it is from a mgmt point of view). We do not file a grievance "against them". We file because there was a violation.

I know you can't tell the tone of a post, this is not a slam against you, this is just educational so you can better understand.

Yeah well i allready got a granny gram from Mark the website boss about me calling these "casino employees" out. It doesn't matter I still know who they all are because they were turned in by their own. It's okay though they know who I am and they can just as easily do the same for me. Difference is I don't care. I stand behind EVERYTHING I post.

Anybody know why Some Dude is in all red? Is he on probation?

You can file as many grievances as you want. You can file as often as you want.

Filing a grievance means little to nothing- it is how it is resolved that matters- many grievances are filed and many are found to be baseless.

Filing is only a step in a process.

Drop by your buddy Oakey's office and ask how many $$$ they have paid out so far this year for the violations committed by casino employees. I'm personally up to over $4,000.00 so far. I don't know whether to be mad or say thank you.

If you are a dues paying member of 1108 and read the board it's not hard to figure out who most people are, it's no big deal. Some of them are SO worried about it they use the same avatars(sarcasm folks, sarcasm)

The folks on the line are willing to stand by their statements unlike the "supposed" employees in the Puzzle Palace.

While we're at why don't we just out NetJetWife too?? Wasn't she the first irritating, innacurrate rabble rouser??

No one is replacing anyone, they're just finding out what a REAL negotiating team is all about. It's a wake up call for the company and they are just starting to get a handle on things.
Oh yeah, Diesel is someone you want on YOUR side, I'm glad you don't like him.

In words that have been use here on several occasions, If you don't like it why don't you leave?

We are in a simular situation as you (work harder, not smarter), except we are literally away from home half the year.

75% - Ha! They can't even attract anyone but low timers to this joint as it is. Look at the numbers for this year. It has already been posted somewhere on this board. Net 115.

They wanted 400 -500! Not a compelling argument boys.
 
What about the many UA pilots coming here with 15K hours flight time? This info came directly from an NJA IP/TRI.

115 to date maybe - the 400-500 figure was by years end. Most of our a/c deliveries won't be until early fall.
