Have they changed their mins recently? These are the mins posted on the website:

Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land)
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
2,000 hours total pilot time
500 hours fixed wing multi-engine PIC time
500 hours turbine time

Was 500hrs multi-engine PIC always there? Im a regional FO with a few thousand hours in the right seat, but only a few hundred hrs PIC on a multi. Any ideas?

Yea, I have heard it will slow a bit. Do you expect it to be much more than 3-4 yrs if hired today?

It's hard to tell, but the guys that were old two years are looking at 2.5-3, an they are at the two year point. We are heavy on Captains now.
