Nah, not really -- a lot of cellphones will let you assign a specific ringtone to "No Caller ID." Since my company is the only thing that ever calls me without an ID, that does the trick!

Maybe someone with Cingular can answer me this: Crew Sked comes up "Unavailable" on my phone. The phone is crapping out and I'm looking for a new one. Do you know of a Cingular phone that you can assign a ringtone to a number that is blocked? Can't do it with my current phone.
